Father, Mother, and Daughter Searching For Successful Treatment of Ailments Using Chiropractic Treatment In Orange County California

The entire time I was growing up, my family had never made chiropractic care part of our normal medical routine. But it changed when my dad began to have trouble with his back seizing up. I chose to join as well when he sought the care of a doctor of chiropractic and received such great results. Participating in cheerleading and gymnastics when I was in high school at that time, the strain caused pain in my neck and back. Orange County Chiropractic

Nearly ten years later, I am still under the care of a chiropractic doctor. I graduated from college and moved a few hours away from my hometown, and I knew that I would need to find someone quickly in order to continue my chiropractic care on a monthly basis. A couple of co-workers said that they highly recommend Dr. Candice McCowin, DC, at Great Life Chiropractic in Costa Mesa when I asked around at my new job to see if anyone knew of a great chiropractor.

Soon, chiropractic care was something that my entire family sought. My mom suffered great discomfort due to sciatica. She found it difficult to stand for very long without feeling pain in the backs of her legs. Her job description of standing to assist customers and ring up sales each day full-time in my parents’ retail store really made life difficult for her.

She mentioned that she had not been feeling well and had taken several days off to visit me in Orange County. Squeezing Mom in her busy schedule, we have learned from Dr. McCowin that sciatica is a symptom which often shows up as leg pain. it might be nothing more than a strong cramp in the leg or it can be an absolutely excruciating, shooting pain, the victim would feel impossible to sit or stand. Whether she was sitting or standing, barely able to find a comfortable position was the way Mom had been feeling.

She explained that the pain is sometimes more intense when sitting, sneezing, or coughing while Dr. McCowin took Mom’s medical history. She said that sciatica can either occur suddenly or develop slowly. Sometimes, patients report feeling weakness, numbness, or the sensation of burning or tingling in the leg or toes.

Mom nodded her head “yes” to each bit of information as the doctor spoke. She had been feeling all of these symptoms and was excited to put her care in Dr.McCowin’s hands, even if it meant driving a couple of hours, from my hometown to Costa Mesa, in order to continue treatment.

My entire family makes it a priority to receive regular adjustments since chiropractic care has become a huge part of our healthcare now. Chiropractic Treatment In Orange County California
